Meet Andrei, the founder and director of Tradie Marketing Pros. Before he ever ran an ad campaign, Andrei was on the tools as a qualified plumber, gas fitter and drain layer, so he understands trade businesses from the ute up.
He moved into senior sales and operations within a multi-crew plumbing business, where he managed a 25-person team. In his first year off the tools he personally sold more than $1 million in projects and helped the business hold consistent seven-figure monthly revenue.
That experience is the foundation of Tradie Marketing Pros. Andrei leads the agency’s strategy and runs Facebook and Meta ads for our clients, testing creative and targeting until the enquiries coming through are the jobs owners actually want.
What drives Andrei is helping established trade businesses grow without the feast-or-famine cycle he saw on the tools. He works directly with owners on growth plans, lead quality and the sales process that turns enquiries into booked work.
