Tegan Mathews
This is Tegan. She’s the Operations Manager at Tradie Marketing Pros, and she’s the one who holds everything together. She keeps the projects moving, the systems running smoothly and the details covered, so plumbers, electricians, builders and other trade business owners can get on with the job and still see their business grow.
Tegan has spent almost 20 years in business development, sales and marketing, and she’s been on the founder’s side of the table many times. She’s known for taking businesses from six to multiple seven figures while also increasing their profitability. So she knows what it takes to win customers, and she knows how hard it is when a business can’t keep up with its own enquiries.
She’s also finishing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in marketing and advertising. Tegan combines what she’s learned on the ground with what she’s studying, so the advice you get is practical, current and backed by real experience.
Tegan looks at your business the way a customer does: how they find you, how easy it is to get a quote, how they’re treated along the way and what happens once the job’s done. Then she works out where things are getting lost and helps you fix them. That might be sharper marketing, a better follow-up process, or simple systems that keep the work and the reviews coming in without adding to your workload.
Away from the desk, she’s a renovation and construction nerd. Tegan recently completed the development of a six-villa beachfront resort, and she was hands-on all the way. Before that she renovated a 500-year-old, five-bedroom Italian property. So when you tell her about a tight deadline, a blown budget or a job that’s gone sideways, she gets it.
